The final statistics for 2020 show an incredible (and continued) increase in average sale price of both residential (19.7%) and condominium (18.8%) units alike. The outlook for 2021 doesn’t expect to deviate far from this trend and while prices may flatten slightly, the lack of inventory and a steady pool of buyers will continue to push a seller’s market deep past the spring market and more likely through the calendar year.
